Katrin Shein
Nutritionist, author, speaker, and founder of the private women’s journal The Woman’s Principle.
“Nutrition, body work, and mindset are not just my profession - they are my way of life.
They shape every part of who I am.
I deeply believe that the body is the key to freedom in every area of life - once we begin to shift our habits and patterns.”

Biography
My professional journey began with a personal crisis.
In my early years, driven by high expectations of myself and my body, and through experiences with extreme and harmful dieting, I ended up in intensive care. What followed was a long and profound recovery both physically and from disordered eating.
This experience became the starting point of my deep exploration into women’s physiology, psychology, and a systemic approach to health.
Today, after 9 years of professional practice working with private clients and leading educational programs, and over 16 years of personal immersion in the field of health, I have developed my own methodology for lifestyle transformation.
It is based on a structured process of moving through six levels of habit formation, creating sustainable and long-term change.
I guide my clients, readers, and listeners toward a sense of lightness — in life and within themselves — through working with both the body and the mind.
