Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are handled by Nutrition Coach OÜ, operating under the brand Katrin Shein.

By purchasing any service or product from our Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Principle

Nutrition Coach OÜ provides highly personalised educational and coaching services.

Many of our services require individual preparation before the first consultation, including but not limited to:

  • reviewing questionnaires;

  • analysing client information;

  • preparing personalised recommendations;

  • scheduling consultations;

  • developing educational materials.

For this reason, refunds are handled differently from standard retail purchases.

2. Individual Coaching & Mentoring Programmes

Personal coaching and mentoring programmes are individually prepared for each Client.

Preparation begins shortly after the booking has been confirmed.

Once preparation has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

If a Client decides to discontinue participation after the programme has started, unused sessions are normally not refundable.

3. Individual Consultations

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance.

If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, the Client may:

  • reschedule the consultation; or

  • receive a refund where preparation has not yet substantially begun.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will normally be treated as a completed session.

4. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • downloadable guides;

  • e-books;

  • workbooks;

  • templates;

  • educational materials;

  • online resources.

Because digital products become immediately accessible after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Online Courses

Where online courses include immediate access to digital content, refunds may not be available after access has been granted.

If a course has not yet started and access has not been provided, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law.

6. Workshops, Retreats and Live Events

Cancellation conditions for workshops, retreats and live events may vary depending on the event.

Specific cancellation terms will always be communicated during registration.

Where an event is cancelled by Nutrition Coach OÜ, participants will normally be offered one of the following options:

  • transfer to a future event;

  • credit towards another service;

  • refund of the participation fee where appropriate.

Nutrition Coach OÜ is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs or other third-party expenses unless required by law.

7. Payment Plans

Where payment is made in instalments, the Client remains responsible for all agreed payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancelling participation does not automatically cancel the payment agreement.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

Requests relating to:

  • serious illness;

  • pregnancy complications;

  • family emergencies;

  • other exceptional circumstances,

will always be considered individually.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • programme suspension;

  • programme extension;

  • transfer to another service;

  • service credit.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection than this Refund Policy, the applicable law shall prevail.

10. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation, rescheduling or refund, please contact us as soon as possible:

We aim to respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Changes to this Refund Policy

Nutrition Coach OÜ reserves the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on this Website.

12. Personalised Service Agreement

Certain long-term coaching programmes are provided under a separate individual service agreement.
Where such an agreement exists, its payment schedule, cancellation terms and programme conditions shall prevail over this general Refund Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
